- Trip schedule / itinerary is subjected to change as per road, weather and other unavoidable conditions so take a day or two in buffer.
- Only Team members have the right to take decision depending on above.
- Any extra cost (Transportation / Accommodation) arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances or change in law will be extra.
- Stays shown are subject to availability; equivalent accommodations will be provided in case of changes.
- Any stay apart from fixed schedule (as per the itinerary) will be extra.
- Keep yourself prepared with relevant essential items and please check essential packing items section for the same.
- Carriers aren’t allowed in Arunachal, so please pack light — one rucksack or medium trolley + one small bag is perfect for this 5–6 day trip. Please carry your own bags while checking in, as most homestays have limited staff and operate only for a short season each year.
- Participants will be responsible for their personal belongings on the trip; the company will not be responsible for the same.
- Group leader will be provided only when no of pax is 8 or above.
- As the North East is a remote region, stays will be basic. Please do not expect luxury or leisure-type facilities.
- Pick-up and drop timings on Day 1 or the last day may vary due to road conditions, weather, or third-party delays such as buses or flights.
- First-time group travelers: delays and adjustments are normal due to different people and group dynamics, and personal requests may not always be met. For full flexibility, private tours are recommended.
- We request all travelers to be mindful and respectful of the local culture and traditions of the North East. Please note that the region is rich in natural beauty but may differ from urban comforts — food is simple and rooted in local flavors.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- For Long Trips (More Than 3 Days) – Refund Rules:
- More than 75 days before: Full refund.
- 75 to 45 days before: 50% refund.
- 45 to 15 days before: 25% refund.
- Less than 15 days before: No refund.
- How to Cancel or Change a Booking: Email soloyolohelp@gmail.com (calls/WhatsApp not accepted). Reply to your booking confirmation email for faster processing.
- Initial booking amount is non-refundable.
- You may transfer your booking to someone else, subject to Solo Yolo's approval.
- Rescheduling allowed up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and approval.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds given as a credit note within 2 working days.
- Deductions: 2.5% Payment Gateway Fee + 5% GST (no gateway fee on UPI payments).
- Special Circumstances: If canceled due to government guidelines or lockdowns, trip validity extends 12 months for the same location on Solo Yolo's fixed departures.
- If Solo Yolo cancels the trip, participants get a 100% refund.
